Okay. One of the things I liked about Valiant comics is that they sometimes really approached the mundane topic. Characters had tough days, slept, or in this case, can't get back in the country. This time it's Gilad's major headache. This time, we learn where Gilad took his old last name. One of the better parts of the comic is the flashback episodes. Gilad gets stuck on customs, and coincidentally, gets to assist on a prison break. Sounds more like a sitcom episode, and it turns out to be some silly confusion.
YOWZA!
The first and second panels are both a little too crotchy for my tastes. GEEZ, Giant Man. Put that away! The story is a pretty good one. I still don't like so much of the Silver Age still relying on so many silly sci-fi story manipulations of the past. If I never read another story containing some mystery alien abduction, it will be WAY too soon. But it is entertaining to see a story that wraps up in the next. AND a story that may have real consequences - even though the REAL consequences won't start showing up until the Bronze Age. Fairly good.
