One of my favorite biblical stories in of the pieces of silver used to betray Jesus. That they would be cursed with necromantic energy is a great concept for Darque to wish to hold. But pursuing them with this monster of dirt is terrible. Use the other tattooed guy as is - don't transform him into some silly beast. Stay focused around the coins and the set of his difficulties finding, taking, maintaining, and holding them. Show me Geoff's pain finding and looking for them. But PLEASE don't show me any more of this Swamp Thing/Man-Thing monster. Silly villain. Good story.
Who IS that?
I'm not sure who did the cover on the issue with the blue-faced Spider-Man, but it's interesting. If goes away starting with the first splash, but... Cool. Of course. It's a robot. And Kang is the one sending him. First - Kang's mask has gotten pretty darned cool since we saw him last. Let me also mention that Iron Man doesn't appear in the issue - and they have him on the cover. Ahhh... the Sixties... Spider-Man appears at the end, to save the day. Crazy, but interesting.
Back side
Flipping back to the Eternal Warrior on this one. As much as I want to give it to Spidey, I just can't.
